Description
We are a small family oriented jewelry store located in Danville, CA. We are looking to hire a part-time Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will be extremely intelligent, a good listener, and someone who will enjoy working only part time. Strong customer service skills are needed since this candidate will be responsible for helping customers with purchases and ringing them up on a Windows based program for the payment. Strong phone skills are also needed. Candidate should be able to pick up the phone and call customers to notify of work completion for pick up.
Part time position T, Th, & Sat approx 20-24 hours a week.
